1. Definitions

“Site”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to bape-clothing.org and its operators. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, user, or purchaser on the Site. “Products” refer to items offered for sale on the Site.

2. Eligibility & Account

• Information provided to create an account must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our reasonable discretion.

3. Ordering & Contract

• Placing Products in your cart does not reserve them. Inventory is confirmed only after payment is approved and you receive an order confirmation email.
• We may contact you to verify information before accepting an order. If verification fails, orders may be cancelled and refunded.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, per household, or per order to protect product availability and fairness.
• Pre‑orders ship on or around the stated release window; dates are estimates and may shift based on supplier schedules.

4. Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in USD unless noted. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• If a pricing or availability error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
• Taxes and duties, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Payment & Security

• We accept major credit/debit cards and select digital payment methods as shown in our footer. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method.
• Transactions are processed via secure, PCI‑compliant payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Orders may be placed on hold or cancelled if fraud screening flags suspicious activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to the destinations indicated at checkout. Shipping times shown are estimates from the carrier and exclude processing time.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure accurate shipping details; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
• Signature may be required for high‑value orders. Tracking will be provided when available.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all tags and accessories intact. See our Returns Policy for instructions.
• For your protection and ours, we log pre‑shipment photos of labels, stitching, and unique identifiers. Returned items are verified against these logs.
• Final sale, hygiene‑sensitive items, and certain limited releases may be non‑returnable; details will be listed on the product page.

8. Authenticity Guarantee

Every item passes our 12‑point inspection covering labels, stitching, camo alignment, hardware, print quality, and packaging codes. Collaborations are checked against official specifications. Items ship with our verification card and tamper tag. If authenticity is ever in question, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos; we will promptly investigate and, if confirmed, offer a remedy which may include refund or replacement.

9. Promotions & Gift Cards

• Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
• One promotion per order unless explicitly stated. Promotions may exclude select items, releases, or sizes.
• Gift cards and store credits are non‑refundable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

10. Product Information & Sizing

• We strive for accuracy in photos, descriptions, and measurements. Minor color variations can occur due to device screens and lighting.
• Size guides include US/EU/JP conversions and exact measurements taken on‑sample; a ±1 cm variance may occur.
• Packaging may differ between production runs or regions without affecting authenticity.

11. Intellectual Property

• All Site content (including text, graphics, logos, images, and code) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable IP laws.
• BAPE, A Bathing Ape, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Use of third‑party marks on the Site is for identification of Products only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.

12. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
• No automated scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction without written consent.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Links to third‑party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third‑party websites or services.

14. Privacy
