Order Tracking

  1. Confirmation: You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
  2. Preparation: Our team verifies authenticity/quality and packs your order securely.
  3. Shipped: A tracking number is emailed when your label is created.
  4. Updates: Track via carrier link, your account, or the order status page.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • Duties/VAT: Assessed by your local customs authority. The recipient is responsible unless otherwise noted at checkout.
  • DDU vs. DDP: Most orders ship DDU (duties unpaid). Some destinations may offer DDP (prepaid) during checkout if available.
  • Customs: ID verification or import permits may be required by your country for clearance.
  • Refusals: If a parcel is refused or unclaimed, return shipping/fees may be deducted from refunds.

Addresses, PO Boxes & Signatures

  • We ship to physical addresses and PO Boxes (USPS required for PO Boxes).
  • APO/FPO/DPO supported via USPS. Delivery windows vary by destination.
  • High-value orders may require an adult signature for delivery.
  • Please ensure accurate address details; we cannot reroute once shipped.

Loss, Damage & Shipping Protection

  • All shipments include basic carrier liability. Optional protection may be available at checkout.
  • Damaged on arrival? Photograph the box, packing, and item and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Marked delivered but not received? First check with neighbors/building staff. Then email support within 3 days for assistance.

Split Shipments & Backorders

  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages at no extra cost.
  • If an item becomes unavailable during processing, you’ll be notified and refunded immediately.
  • Preorder/launch items display expected ship dates on the product page.

Packaging & Sustainability

  • We use right-sized recyclable mailers or boxes to reduce waste.
  • Garments are protected in clear sleeves; collabs include original packaging when applicable.
  • We consolidate multi-item orders whenever possible to lower our carbon footprint.

Shipping FAQs

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment verification and quality checks. You’ll receive tracking when the label is created.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST can often ship the same business day, especially for Standard and Expedited services. This is not guaranteed during peak releases.
For security reasons, we cannot edit addresses once an order is placed. If an error is detected during processing, we can cancel and refund so you can reorder with the correct address.
International customers may be charged duties/VAT by their local customs. These fees are not included unless DDP is shown at checkout. Please consult your local authority for estimates.
We primarily ship with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. The best option is selected based on speed, reliability, and your location.
