Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

We keep it simple — free standard shipping on every order:
Delivery Estimates
Delivery windows are given in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates start once your order has shipped, not when it’s placed. Occasional delays from carriers or high-volume periods are possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
International Shipping
Where international shipping is available, options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to reroute a package once it’s shipped, and re-shipping costs for undeliverable orders returned to us may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking says delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still doesn’t turn up, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.
